I don’t really know when did AOL started this, and i know it is most likely that I am a very late bloomer, but i figured I’ll write about AIM Phoneline, just in case I’m not the only one left behind. So what is AIM Phoneline?Some of its features include:
- A personal, local phone number, with always-on voicemail, that’s yours to use any way you want,
- Unlimited incoming calls free,
- Identity Protection: If you need a phone number to submit a request for a quote for something, or just don’t want to give your number to someone you just met, you give this number and whenever someone leaves a message, you will get an email to your AOL account. of course, you can upgrade this service and use the number as a regular phone.
Moreover, I think it is extremely cool and think you might too.
